Recruiter Phone Screen #
Step 1 is a conversation with one of our recruiters, to learn more about your background & interests. This is also a chance to get to know TpT and learn about the teams we are hiring for.
Initial Interview #
Step 2 is an interview with a team member. We offer the chance for this to be done via Google Hangouts, or here in our office near Union Square NYC. (For technical interviews there will be a code pairing session.)
Take Home #
Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a take-home assignment.
Final Onsite Interview #
The last step in our interview process is a final interview here at our office, to meet most members of your team, as well as some cross functional members. This is a good chance to get an understanding of what it’s like to be at TpT, the team culture & work environment.
References #
TpT highly values connecting with prior colleagues and managers, and requests a Peer Reference and a Former Manager reference. This is to find out how to best work with you & set you up for success here at TpT.
